Thank you for inviting me to visit your loved one.

Every person has a unique story, and I'd love to learn a little about your loved one before my visit. The more I know beforehand, the more naturally I can connect through conversation and music. None of the questions below are required—share only what you'd like. Anything you tell me will help me prepare for a visit that's warm, personal, and meaningful.
